Jikan mendengar kata keripik bohay mungkin yang terpikir di benak anda adalah sebuah keripik dengan ukuran besar dan juga montok. Namun sebenarnya tidak. Keripik Bohay sebenarnya adalah sebuah keripik biasa dengan rasa pedas yang luar biasa. Keripik Bohay adalah produk dari seorang gadis cantik asal Lampung bernama Hawra Dila. Dia adalah seorang alumni dari Unila (Universitas Lampung).

Idenya membuka usaha keripik Bohay ini berawal dari hobinya memakan keripik. Saking hobinya memakan keripik bahkan Dia selalu menggunakan keripik sebagai teman sajian makan nasi. Hal ini sangat wajar mengingat daerah asal Hawra Dila juga merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil keripik terbesar di Indonesia, yaitu Lampung.
